YOGI-TEA RECIPE🧘🏼‍♀️🌿☕️

Who’s in for a little caffeine fix? A little cuppa of YOGI-TEA 🧘🏼‍♀️🌿☕️ for the seemingly never-ending study periods before the exams 🤓📚


Yogi tea is very similar to Chai-Tea and easy to make. The beautiful ingredients promote not only overall health and well-being, but also provide several medicinal properties. .


🤎BLACK PEPPER (~12corns): enhances the function of the respiratory, circulatory system and the skin.


🤎CLOVE (~8): warming, aromatic, anti-inflammatory & antioxidant


🤎CARDAMOM(~13 seeds crushed): aromatic, good against heartburn & bloating


🤎CINNAMON (2 sticks): warming, good for the digestive & respiratory system


🤎GINGER(4-5 slices Skin on): good for digestion, joints, against cramps


🤎 BLACK TEA: aids focus and concentration


🌻Bring water (in medium-sized pot) to boil and add all spices except black tea.

Reduce heat and let it simmer, after a couple of minutes add the black tea


🌻 enjoy with a little bit of honey and/or your milk of choice (my personal favourite is almond milk).


🌻 I love to make a big batch, as it stays with you for a co ofuple days refrigerated.
